What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and assistance via telephone in a remote environment

- Experience supporting Windows 10 OS, Office 365, OneDrive, Mac OS, PC, and laptop hardware in an enterprise environment
- Excellent customer service and analytical skills
- Ability to adhere to internal controls and reporting structures
