Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a tech field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking basics.
  • Experience with Jira and ServiceNow ticketing.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
  • Experience with Intune, Azure, JAMF, and O365.
  • Experience supporting CAD/engineering environments.
  • IT asset management and lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-volume environment.

This position will act as the primary IT support contact ensuring minimal downtime for mission-critical systems.Maintain and support workstations, laptops, peripherals, and specialized engineering systems.**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Deliver on-site and remote support for 1,000+ users across multiple locations.* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.* Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop systems using enterprise tools (Intune, Azure, JAMF).* Support CAD engineers (SolidWorks), standard users, and executive staff.* Manage user accounts, permissions, and device provisioning lifecycle.* Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.* Document incidents, create SOPs, and contribute to knowledge base improvements.* Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for escalations.* Provide white-glove VIP support for executives and leadership.* Participate in IT projects such as hardware refreshes, migrations, and deployments.* Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership* Implementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle* Perform additional job duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
