Desktop Support Engineer/Backfill Position L1

We’re looking to backfill one L1 Desktop Support Engineer for our site in Hayward, California.

1. Perform physical inspection of IT equipment and provide basic break/fix support
2. Unmount/remount hardware to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
3. Escort OEM field engineers onsite as needed
4. Deploy and test end-user devices
5. Handle IMACD tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) and system re-installations
6. Migrate user applications and data during upgrades or replacements
7. Support decommissioning of equipment and manage hardware returns
8. Proficiency in local language
9. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential
