Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Desktop Operator, Desktop Publisher, or Presentation Specialist in legal, marketing, or investment banking.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, CorelDraw, or Illustrator preferred.
• Ability to provide work samples when required.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to follow client instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new tools and skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive client requests and enter project details into workflow tracking systems.
• Create and format guest books, pitchbooks, and PIBs using templates and Word styles.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for internal and external clients.
• Create customized templates and maintain consistent document formatting.
• Improve image quality, recreate logos, and perform basic graphic editing tasks.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and visual renderings for client materials.
• Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completion of client requirements.
• Coordinate with document processing, creative, and print teams to deliver client projects successfully.
