Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management, application deployment, and advanced desktop engineering initiatives. This role will act as a Tier 3 escalation resource, leveraging Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, and packaging expertise to support and enhance the end-user computing environment.

The candidate will administer endpoint management solutions, package and deploy applications, and develop automation scripts while collaborating with Infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Package, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex desktop, application, and endpoint issues.
• Support device lifecycle management, patching, and desktop engineering projects.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Security teams to maintain endpoint standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
