Role

We are actively seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph. CI Officers will research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools. They will also provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

Professional Levels & Compensation

• Level 1: 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
• Level 2: 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
• Level 3: 7 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
• Level 4: 12 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
• Level 5: 20 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
• ***5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree***

Basic Qualifications

• All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience writing intelligence products and reports
• Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
• Ability to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operations
• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve
• Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
• Strong analytic writing and editing skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $50,700.00 – $91,650.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
