Job summary

SharkNinja, Inc. is seeking a Designer, UX - Mobile Apps in Needham, MA (Hybrid). You will shape connected app experiences for Shark and Ninja hardware, delivering polished mobile interfaces across iOS and Android.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams, maintain a design system, and prototype rapidly to test ideas and refine assets for release.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years UX design for iOS/Android; co-op or 1+ year candidates considered.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong mobile UX thinking.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; AI design tools a plus.
• Experience at hardware-software intersection; product experience a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, fast execution, collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor's in UX/UI, Interaction or Industrial Design.

The Role

Join a multi-disciplinary UX team shaping the connected app experiences that bring our physical products to life. You’ll own work across the full design cycle — from concept through shipping — collaborating with ID, CMF, software, and product teams to deliver mobile experiences iOS and Android users love.

What You’ll Do

• Define connected app experiences for next-gen Shark and Ninja hardware products
• Turn consumer insights and research into intuitive, polished mobile interfaces
• Build interactive prototypes to test, learn, and refine quickly
• Contribute to and apply the SharkNinja UX design system (UI elements, typography, color, accessibility)
• Partner closely with engineering in sprint-based cycles to ensure designs ship with integrity

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of UX design experience for iOS and/or Android (strong co-op / 1+ year candidates also considered)
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong mobile UX thinking — required
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; AI design tool experience is a plus
• Comfort working at the hardware-software intersection; physical product experience is a bonus
• Sharp eye for detail, fast execution, and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's in UX/UI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent

Pay Range

$82,500 — $115,000 USD
