The role requires leading the design process from concept to production, mentoring junior designers, and staying current on fabric trends and knitting techniques to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in fashion design, specifically focused on sweater design.
• Strong portfolio that showcases creativity and expertise in sweater design.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and PLM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design a line of sweaters that reflect the latest fashion trends and align with our customers brand's identity.
• Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and presentations for production
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring the design vision to life.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept through final production, ensuring quality standards are met.
