If you work for the Closet Factory of Houston, we will help you transform your natural talents and passions into a rewarding career as a Designer. You will help clients live better lives by designing organizational solutions for their homes and get paid for it. No previous sales experience is required.

Training will be provided at our Houston office along with marketing materials, samples, technical tools, and mentorship. You will work closely with our sales manager and co-owners. Your work will matter.

There is no cold calling; you will receive qualified leads from potential customers who contact us to purchase a home organizational system. You will meet clients at their homes, understand their needs, design customized solutions, and close sales. Top performers earn over $100k/year.

Initially, you will work with closets, and as you gain experience, you can design solutions for garages, home offices, libraries, wall beds, entertainment centers, craft rooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, pantry & wine storage.

This is a full-time, work-from-home role with flexible scheduling, providing a healthy work/life balance. You will occasionally visit our showroom or attend meetings.
