Rise Fashion Events is a private, invite-only platform dedicated to elevating emerging and independent fashion designers during New York, Paris, and Milan Fashion Week. We curate exceptional talent and connect them with top-tier buyers, media, and industry decision-makers — without the ticket-selling gimmicks or empty promises common in the Fashion Week circuit. Our mission is to give designers a professional runway experience and industry access they can’t buy — they have to earn it.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intro calls and email follow-ups with designer applicants who have expressed interest in showcasing.
  • Clearly articulate Rise’s value proposition, application criteria, and pricing structure.
  • Maintain CRM records and manage communication timelines (no ghosting on our end).
  • Identify designers who are a good fit — and respectfully decline those who are not aligned.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff after onboarding.
  • Occasionally assist with inbound DMs or contact form inquiries.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, client success, or admissions (fashion industry a major plus).
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills — professional but warm.
  • Strong understanding of or interest in the fashion industry, especially emerging designers and seasonal showcases.
  • Confident with handling objections and questions about pricing, structure, or process.
  • Self-motivated and organized — you’ll be managing multiple leads and timelines.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Monday, or Notion-based tracking systems).

Compensation

Commission-based with high-earning potential for top performers. You'll receive a percentage of every confirmed designer booking, plus performance bonuses tied to your close rate and lead engagement. If you're confident in your communication skills and conversion ability, this is a high-upside role with room to grow.
