Position Title: Design Outreach Coordinator

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Remote

Compensation: Commission for Successful Designer Outreach

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Design Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with designers and supporting their involvement in Boise Fashion Week. Your tasks will include:

  1. Collecting and organizing contact information for local and regional fashion designers.
  2. Reaching out to designers via email, phone, and social media to invite them to participate in Boise Fashion Week.
  3. Assisting in maintaining a comprehensive database of designer contacts and communication logs.
  4. Collaborating with the Boise Fashion Week team to develop outreach strategies and assist in event planning activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
  3. Proficiency in using email, social media, and database management tools.
  4. Passion for fashion and a keen interest in the local fashion scene.
  5. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
