Your Role

As a Client Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming their trusted style confidante. You will service clients both in-store and digitally, utilizing technology for outreach and sales. You should speak confidently about fashion and trends, both in person and online. This role is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, leveraging technology and wardrobing to enhance sales.
  • Showcase products differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person.
  • Use selling tools and digital store technology to sell, utilizing omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
  • Strategize to increase productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and technology.
  • Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic.
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
What You Bring
  • Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Experience with technology and digital selling tools.
  • Background in styling, fashion, or retail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
