Job summary

City of Fort Wayne is seeking a part-time Civil/Water Systems Engineer to design and improve our city's water infrastructure. You will collect, analyze, and verify project data, and assist with planning, design, and construction engineering under supervision.

You'll draft construction plans using AutoCAD or Civil 3D, manage PMIS records, and coordinate with City staff to resolve project issues. This role offers mentorship, practical experience, and the opportunity to serve the Fort Wayne

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil/mechanical/electrical engineering degree.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and hydrology and engineering design principles.
• Strong computer skills including drafting and spreadsheet software.
• Valid Indiana driver's license.
