Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York City is seeking a Senior Designer for the Girls Design team to lead seasonal concepts from ideation to final samples.

You will develop mood boards, color palettes, CADs, prints, and technical sketches, collaborating with merchandising and production to ensure quality and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has a degree in fashion design and at least two years of experience, with strong Illustrator skills and production knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in apparel, fashion design or equivalent.
• 2+ years in apparel design and product development with ownership of categories.
• Advanced Illustrator and strong technical sketching skills.
• Understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Ability to lead projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
