Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Freelance/Contract Designer to create compelling design across integrated campaigns—digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential.

You will partner with Art Directors and Copywriters to translate briefs and brand strategy into clear, engaging work, owning deliverables from concept through final execution. This contract is two weeks with potential extension; no benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of design experience required.
• CPG design experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Who You Are

Nutrabolt is looking for a Freelance/Contract Designer to create compelling design across integrated campaigns - digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential. You'll partner with Art Directors and Copywriters to build strong design systems, translate briefs and brand strategy into clear, engaging work, and own deliverables from concept through final execution. The ideal candidate adapts assets across platforms while maintaining brand consistency, contributes actively in brainstorms and creative reviews, and manages multiple projects with strong accountability and communication. This is a contract position and does not include benefits. Contract is expected to last 2 weeks, but has the possibility to extend.

What You're Good At

Design and develop compelling design for integrated campaigns across channels including digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential. Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop strong design systems, not just executions and contribute to shaping the way the brand communicates across platforms. Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging design. Own art and design deliverables from initial concept through final execution, managing feedback and revisions efficiently. Adapt brand and product assets for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency. Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions bringing ideas, references, and solutions to the table. Demonstrate accountability by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating proactively when priorities shift.

What You Contribute

At least 3 years of experience in design required CPG design experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
