You will support client communication, track deliverables, prepare updates, ask good questions and help turn client conversations into clear next steps and polished creative work. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, relationship‑driven and creatively skilled. You should be comfortable balancing client communication, project coordination and design support in a fast‑moving agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients.
  • Attend client meetings and help lead conversations when appropriate.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, recap emails and status updates.
  • Track client requests, deliverables, deadlines and approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to keep projects moving.
  • Help manage expectations around timelines, feedback and next steps.
  • Collect client assets, information, content and approvals.
  • Prepare reports, summaries and client‑facing updates.
  • Support marketing plans, campaigns and project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to better serve clients and strengthen relationships.
  • Help connect client goals with the work being completed by the Compass team.
  • Keep internal systems updated so everyone knows what is happening and what comes next.
  • Create and update social media graphics, flyers, presentations, one‑sheets, digital ads and other marketing materials.
  • Resize and repurpose creative assets for multiple platforms.
  • Support brand consistency across client materials.
  • Assist with basic website updates, content uploads and image swaps.
  • Prepare creative materials for team review.
  • Organize client files, creative assets, photos, logos and brand materials.
  • Support light production needs for campaigns, events, social content and client presentations.
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in client service, marketing, communications, graphic design or a related role.
  • Experience in an agency or marketing environment preferred.
  • Strong design skills with the ability to create polished marketing materials.
  • Portfolio or work samples showing design, marketing or campaign support experience.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, websites, email, digital advertising, public relations, print and content marketing.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint or similar design tools.
  • Excellent writing, communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities at one time.
  • Strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate conversations into clear action items.
  • Comfortable working with creative, digital and strategy teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, social media platforms, project management systems or similar tools is a plus.
  • WordPress experience is a plus.
You may be the right person for this role if you:
  • Enjoy building relationships and earning trust.
  • Are a strong communicator in meetings, emails and follow‑up.
  • Know how to keep people and projects moving.
