Job summary

Executive Profiles, Inc. in Central New Jersey is seeking a Senior Designer- Accessories and Soft Home to own the design process from concept to finished product across Headwear, Cold Weather, and Rainwear for children and ladies.

You will collaborate with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to translate trends into art and packaging, mentor peers, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in children's and ladies' soft accessories.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong sense of design, typography, and color.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Creative, conceptual, organized and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to develop design strategies for Headwear, Cold Weather, and Rainwear for children and ladies.
• Design and create artwork for soft accessories category.
• Provide feedback to support project development and design evolution.
• Manage time efficiently to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with packaging designers to ensure design integrity during packaging development.
• Coordinate with other departments on packaging requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and sources of inspiration.
• Enhance creative and technical skills of the team.
• Obtain approvals and relay feedback to graphics and design team.
