The opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Brand & Product Designer who will spend roughly 60-70% of their time driving brand, creative, and marketing design and 30-40% shaping our digital product experience. You’ll be the visual steward of General Medicine—crafting campaigns that stop thumbs, building a cohesive design system, and ensuring every pixel reflects impeccable taste.

What you'll do
  1. Brand Stewardship & Creative Leadership: Own and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint—paid social, lifecycle email, landing pages, print, and beyond—so everything feels unmistakably “GM.”
  2. Campaign Design & Production: Concept, art-direct, and produce world-class marketing assets (storyboards, motion studies, final creatives) that inspire, perform, and meet exacting aesthetic standards.
  3. Product Design Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to turn complex healthcare tasks into elegant, intuitive flows for web and mobile.
  4. Design System & UI/UX Craft: Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma—components, patterns, documentation—that scales gracefully as we grow.
  5. Testing & Optimization: Work to iterate quickly, balancing beauty with data-driven performance insights.
