Job summary

Triup, Inc. is seeking a Designer to translate creative direction into high-quality visual designs across a range of projects.

You will work with the Design Manager and internal teams to refine concepts and produce layouts and materials for production by artists and painters. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, technical design skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure clear, executable designs that align with creative direction.

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with InDesign and DTP.
• Professional work experience required; prior professional experience as a Graphic Designer is not required.
• Ability to translate creative direction into clear visual designs.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, thoughtful, and collaborative attitude, even under pressure.

• Experience and working knowledge of DTP (Desktop Publishing)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (page layout)
• Professional work experience required; prior professional experience specifically as a Graphic Designer is not required
• Ability to understand creative and design direction and translate concepts into clear visual designs
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
