As a Designer in Family Care, you will be responsible for developing, visualizing, and executing world‑class consumer experiences for our Bounty, Charmin, and Puffs brands. Successful candidates will demonstrate their design mastery through hands‑on work as well as inspiring and driving multi‑functional teams. We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in hectic environments and is driven to get things done with a positive, drama‑free attitude. This role requires strong proficiencies in: design mastery, sketching and rapid visualization, ideation, rendering, 2D & 3D prototyping, cross‑functional collaboration, research & analysis, and presentation skills.
You will work in the fuzzy front‑end of the design process, generating fresh, compelling, design solutions for our product experiences. You will solve design challenges by finding new ways to communicate benefits through both 2D and 3D means – utilizing graphic skills to evolve brand assets and communication and prototyping skills to bring new offerings to life. You will participate in consumer research and are expected to have a clear point of view on design solutions and the competitive landscape to inspire your multifunctional teams. You will balance consumer needs, brand assets, and visual problem solving to create functional, beautiful, and brand‑relevant experiences for our consumers. You will bring the outside in through trend identification and analysis and be able to utilize that information to develop future‑focused ideas for our categories. You will also support and influence the design studio by participating in and leading regular critiques of your work. You will collaborate with multifunctional and studio partners to identify and frame opportunities, solve problems, and preserve design intent throughout the development process, including presenting your work and point of view to leadership - up to the GM and CEO levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality, insight‑driven work. Mastery of design fundamentals: proportion, form, layout, and composition. Ability to work ideas in both 2D and 3D formats. Ability and willingness to integrate AI proficiencies into your design process Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and leadership presentations Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry‑standard design tools. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities Manage one’s own time and tasks effectively and with minimal oversight Ability to take the lead and solve problems without having them assigned Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail Skilled at evolving and enforcing brand systems while keeping content fresh and engaging. Comfortable receiving direction, iterating quickly, and incorporating feedback.
