Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a dynamic Designer to help customers envision and realize their ideal living spaces, both in-store and virtually. You will craft moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans, and guide clients through product selections while upholding brand standards and current trends.

This role drives sales, builds lasting customer relationships, and supports store objectives through collaborative design services and ongoing training in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in furniture sales, home decor design, or retail/customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D floor planning software and tech affinity.
  • Excellent communication to translate brand vision and customer needs.
  • Experience working with clients, providing personalized recommendations, managing multiple projects.

About The Role

Qualifications
