Responsibilities

The Designer supports the design vision, development, and creative process for multi-scale projects that enhance consumer and associate facing spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to envision and execute design concepts for large-scale projects.
• Develop photo-realistic renderings, sketches, and compelling design narratives to effectively communicate design intent.
• Support the design team through all phases of the creative process, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
• Develop design concepts, articulating the vision and rationale behind design decisions.
• Produce design documents and implement standards, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables.
  
  

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  
  

Additional Preferences

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree along with at least 2 years of design experience is preferred
