Job summary

BBDO Los Angeles is seeking a Designer to bring clarity, consistency, and craft to the internal-facing side of our creative work. You’ll build decks and mockups, version assets, and refine mechanicals to help ideas shine with precision.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of design experience, strong layout and typography, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides/Keynote, and comfort coordinating with design, production, and account teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or production setting.
  • Strong layout, typographic, and composition skills.
  • Experience creating presentation decks, comps, mechanicals, and design variations.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple versions of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides/Keynote.
  • Motion design or video editing skills are a strong plus and nice-to-have.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to streamline production or asset creation is a nice to have.

Job Description: We’re looking for a Designer to bring clarity, consistency, and craft to the internal-facing side of our creative work. From building decks and mockups to versioning campaign assets and refining mechanicals, you’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life with precision and polish. The Designer has to be highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable working within established visual systems—while still bringing a creative edge to every execution. You’ll work closely with design, production, and account teams to help make the work shine from the inside out

  • 3+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or production setting
  • Strong layout, typographic, and composition skills
  • Experience creating presentation decks, comps, mechanicals, and design variations
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple versions of work
