Job summary

DWF Labs is seeking a mid-level designer to craft visuals for social, campaigns, web, and print. You will help with marketing assets, UI tasks, and presentation templates while applying established brand identities across crypto-focused products.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in design, strong typography/layout, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. A passion for Web3 and fintech is a plus, with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments offered remotely.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic, digital, brand, or product design.
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and color.
• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Developing fluency in design systems including components, styles, and auto layout.
• Ability to execute briefs reliably across different formats.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in Web3, crypto, or fintech.
