Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Designer to join our team in the Tulsa, OK office. The Designer develops accurate and coordinated design deliverables for assigned projects in accordance with engineering requirements, specifications, and project standards.

Primary responsibilities include preparing plans, layouts, models, details, and design drawings, incorporating requirements, coordinating with other disciplines, reviewing drawings, and supporting site visits and design reviews.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Prepare plans, layouts, models, details, and design drawings for assigned projects.
  • Incorporate engineering requirements, field information, specifications, and design changes.
  • Coordinate design information with other disciplines and identify potential conflicts.
  • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
  • Support field visits, site verification, walkdowns, and as-built documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews and assist with resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain organized project files and follow document control procedures.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience in industrial, transmission, processing, or energy facility design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3D modeling software, or similar tools.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and field information.
