Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Design Coordinator to join the Tulsa, OK office. The role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of design and drafting activities by tracking schedules and deliverables, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication among project team members.

You will coordinate design inputs, markups, revisions, and document control, review deliverables for completeness and compliance, and assist with resolving design and coordination issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in engineering design, drafting, or project coordination for industrial facilities.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3D modeling software, or similar design tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Job description

Audubon is currently seeking a Design Coordinator to join our team in the Tulsa, OK office. The Design Coordinatorsupports the planning, coordination, and execution of design and drafting activities by tracking schedules and deliverables, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication among project team members.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordinate design and drafting activities across assigned projects and disciplines.
  • Track schedules, deliverables, design changes, and project priorities.
  • Distribute work and help balance workloads among designers and drafters.
  • Coordinate design inputs, markups, revisions, and document control.
  • Support project meetings and communicate status, risks, and required actions.
  • Review deliverables for completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist with resolving design and coordination issues.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

  • All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
  • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities

E XPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
