Job description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Designer to join our client’s team in this fully remote part-time contract position. This is a 2-3 month contract with potential to extend through the end of the year starting ASAP. On average you would work around 20 hours and be available to connect with the team at least once a day during the PST time zone.

Ideal Candidate: will have a minimum of 3 years of print and digital design experience (preferably 4+) and be highly skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite as well as have a strong portfolio showcasing their previous design experience.

Our client is seeking a talented Mid-Senior Level Designer with experience in both print and digital design to join their growing creative team. This is a unique opportunity to work across five distinct B2C brands, each with their own identity, audiences, and creative needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create varied and engaging design work across multiple brands, adhering to unique brand guidelines and color systems
  • Design billboards, posters, flyers, brochures, window clings, landing pages, web graphics, social media visuals, and assets for videos (animations not required)
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Designers, Marketing Managers (internal clients), and stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of independent creativity and accountability, with trust placed in team members to work autonomously
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and potentially PowerPoint for various design projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital and print design (4+ preferred, but strong talent outweighs tenure)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles across print and digital platforms
  • Ability to adapt to different brand guidelines and engage diverse audiences
  • Experience in both brand-side and agency environments is welcome
  • Illustration experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
  • Flexibility with time zones, mostly aligning with PST, with no meetings past 2 PM PST for East Coast collaborators
