Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
• Provide excellent training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Ensure food, health and safety standards are met and maintained.
• Manage financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and support the ongoing development of team members.
• Create an environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to thrive.
• Think proactively and make quick, effective decisions to solve problems.
