HOK, a global architecture, design, engineering, and planning firm, is seeking a Design Technology Manager (DTM) to join our Advanced Technology Group. This hybrid position is based in HOK's Kansas City office, requiring on‑site presence three days per week.

This individual is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands‑on project support. They stay current with emerging technologies, communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, and are committed to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline is required, along with at least eight years of progressive experience in BIM, 3D modeling, design technology, or related project delivery technologies. Prior experience leading BIM management initiatives and supporting project teams is preferred. LEED Accredited Professional or Green Associate credentials are preferred.
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education and location. The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 per year.
