In this role, you’ll own the UX end-to-end, run design sprints, and help craft a vision for simple, elegant designs that empower users to interact with AI agents effectively and confidently.

• A strong designer with a high bar for craft.
• Able to break down complex problems and design simple, user-focused solutions.
• Energized by understanding customer needs and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the product user experience end-to-end from research through delivery.
• Run design sprints and craft a compelling product vision.
• Build and refine the design system and component library for cohesive UI.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to iterate on features quickly.
