Job summary

TriTechne, Inc. is seeking a Design Technician I in Arkansas to support the design and engineering team developing telecommunications infrastructure.

The role focuses on preparing CAD/GIS drawings, maintaining design documentation, and supporting design coordination under senior staff. You will work with cross-functional teams, learn industry standards and safety requirements, and contribute to design reviews to improve accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic experience using CAD and GIS software such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a technical design environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.

The Design Technician I supports the design and engineering team by assisting in the development of telecommunications infrastructure designs. This entry-level role focuses on preparing technical drawings, maintaining design documentation, and supporting design coordination efforts under the guidance of senior design staff. The Design Technician I is ideal for individuals beginning a career in telecom design and engineering.
