Qualifications

• 5+ years in building systems/energy infrastructure with 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design leadership and ensure code-compliant, constructible deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and designers; manage workload and performance.
• Oversee design scope, schedule, and budget for complex projects.
• Coordinate with construction, procurement, and operations teams.
• Engage with clients, present technical discussions, and align to goals.
• Ensure energy efficiency, reliability, and M&V outcomes within ENFRA standards.
