Job summary

You will design, build, and maintain components and tokens, working with design and engineering to ensure high‑quality, scalable product experiences under tight deadlines. You will communicate across designers, engineers, and product managers, advocate for clarity and consistency, and stay ahead of evolving design system practices including AI considerations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing systems for web with emphasis on design tokens and tooling.
• Portfolio demonstrating design systems, interaction, and visual design.
• Clear, persuasive communication with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Experience with iOS and macOS UI frameworks is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain design system components, patterns, and tokens.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to evolve our design system and tooling.
• Facilitate collaboration and gather feedback across disciplines.
• Create guidelines connecting teams with system usage; document decisions.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and how they intersect with design systems.
