Qualifications

• 15+ years of Interior Architecture experience; at least 10 years in commercial interiors.
• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer.
• LEED CI and WELL Building accreditation or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated leadership excellence—mentorship, collaboration, accountability, and motivation.
• Actively engaged in the design community and committed to elevating the profession.
