Design & Service Center Manager - Signet Jewelers - Aurora City Place Shopping Center

Join our team as a Design & Service Center Manager at Signet Jewelers in Aurora City Place Shopping Center. We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our repair shop operations and lead a high-performing team.

Job Summary

The Design & Service Center Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality, and driving key performance metrics. You will build and motivate a team, develop strategic production plans, and maintain a safe, organized environment to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily DSC repair shop operations, including workflow, quality control, and safety
  • Recruit, hire, and retain talented team members
  • Develop training programs and mentor staff to improve performance
  • Manage production schedules, inventory, and supply orders
  • Ensure timely and quality repairs, meeting customer expectations
  • Monitor performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and profitability
  • Coordinate with store partners and district managers for support and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Experience with performance metrics and workflow management
  • Minimum of Level B Jeweler skill set; striving for Level A or AA
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
Physical & Work Environment

Ability to stand for long periods, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds. Travel may be required. Work hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment with moderate to high noise levels.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $29.09 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
