What You'll Do

• Support homebuyers as they personalize one of the most important purchases of their lives—their new home.
• Design cohesive interior color palettes and finish selections for residential homes.
• Create design renderings, visual presentations, and space plans using software.

• Plan and furnish apartment clubhouses and amenity spaces that are both inviting and highly functional.
• Select furniture, finishes, fixtures, and decor that align with project budgets and company standards.
• Balance aesthetics, durability, functionality, and cost in every design decision.
• Collaborate closely with construction, purchasing, and leadership teams throughout the design process.
• Stay current on design trends while making selections that are timeless, practical, and marketable.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Experience in interior design, residential design, or a related field.

• Proficiency with design and rendering software
• Strong understanding of production homebuilding and the construction process.
• Excellent eye for color, materials, furniture layout, and space planning.
