Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality window treatments. Our Design Consultants meet clients in their homes, helping them design and select custom blinds, shades, and shutters, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one. Mileage is reimbursed and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• No prior design experience required—we provide training.
• Comfortable working in clients' homes and travel locally.
• Ability to manage schedules and follow-ups.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required — we'll train you.
