Job summary

3 Day Blinds is looking for Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You’ll work with company-provided appointments, receive three weeks of paid training, and have uncapped earning potential as you build a high-impact career with a national brand.

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required — we'll train you.
