Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a results-driven Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, assess needs, and propose custom window treatments. You’ll guide customers through the full purchase during a single visit, leveraging company-provided leads and paid training for a high-impact career.

With uncapped earning potential and a generous sign-on bonus in the Dallas market, you’ll manage your schedule, close sales, and grow through referrals and networking while delivering an exceptional customer

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Dallas market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.
