Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong experience in Mechanical Design and knowledge of Powertrain.
• Experience with CAD software, particularly NX and TeamCenter.

About the role:

You will participate with a Top Client in the Automotive Industry that is currently developing next gen electrical and hybrid vehicles.

Main Requirements:

-Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-3-5 yoe in the Automotive Industry
-Strong experience in Mechanical Design (plastic design, mechanism and moving components interfaces)
-Experience or knowledge of Powertrain: Torque transfer, structures and parks (seals), Gear reducer assembly (preferably for electric or hybrid vehicles
-Experience in CAD preferably NX and TeamCenter
-Knowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), FEA, Mold Flow Virtual Validation, GD&T, and i-Speed
-Knowledge of Quality Methods and tools (Green Belt -- DFSS/Reactive, SBT, 3L5Y)
-MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
-Conversational English
