Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, 3D visualization, or construction design coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Twinmotion for project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural layouts and 3D walkthroughs translating client visions into buildable plans.
• Produce interior and exterior renderings to facilitate client approvals.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to maintain design integrity.
