Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Design Project Manager to help manage the design process from campus planning through construction drawings. You will build matrixed design teams, coordinate with internal and external partners, and oversee construction administration work to support project delivery.

The role requires travel across the Columbus metro area and a strong grasp of design and building construction, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Strong understanding of design and construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage design workflow across internal and external teams.
• Assist with design reviews and scopes of work for contracts.
• Track cost, schedule and scope; provide dashboard reporting.
• Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction.
• Ensure clear communication among stakeholders and partners.
