Position Summary

Design Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead design charrettes
• Lead government design meetings
• Lead project team meetings
• Provide mentorship to assigned team members
• Coordinate and collaborate across disciplines

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years experience facility design, programming, and construction documentation
• Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple commercial design projects valued $50M minimum, $60K sq ft, preferred up to $100M
• US Architectural License required
• Experience with Department of Defense preferred
• Experience with OSHPD a plus
• Software proficiencies: REVIT, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator, Bluebeam, SpecsIntact (preferred), and Microsoft Office
