Qualifications

  • 3+ years in architectural design, 3D visualization, or design coordination.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Twinmotion for project delivery.
  • Able to read complex architectural/engineering plans and produce detailed shop drawings.
  • Experience coordinating construction methods, materials, and field support.
  • Strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Own design-to-construction process for high-end projects from concept to build.
  • Develop conceptual layouts and 3D walkthroughs to translate visions into plans.
  • Produce interior/exterior renderings to secure client approvals.
  • Create shop drawings and installation-ready documentation for field teams.
  • Coordinate daily with architects, engineers, and subs to maintain design integrity.
  • Guide material and finish selection, manage budgets/timelines, handle changes.

Design Project Manager – Lead Architecture and Construction Design-to-Build
Job Overview

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Project Scope: Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and High-End Residential.

The Opportunity You will serve as the vital link between conceptual vision and physical execution, owning the design-to-construction process for high-end luxury projects. This role empowers you to utilize cutting-edge visualization tools to guide clients and construction teams through complex industrial and residential builds.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Developed conceptual layouts and 3D walkthroughs to translate client visions into functional, buildable plans.
  • Produced high-quality interior and exterior renderings using Revit and Twinmotion to facilitate rapid client approvals.
  • Translated complex design intent into detailed shop drawings and installation-ready documentation for field teams.
  • Coordinated daily with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.
  • Guided clients through the selection of materials, finishes, and spatial simulations to maintain project budgets and timelines.
  • Resolved on-site design clarifications and managed change orders to prevent delays during active construction sequencing.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, 3D visualization, or construction design coordination.
  • Proven proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Twinmotion for professional project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering plans.
  • Extensive experience producing detailed shop drawings, millwork plans, and structural coordination documents.
  • Strong background in construction methods, materials, and field-based design support.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience using Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, or Blender for advanced visual simulations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and specialized BIM coordination tools.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role managing high-end residential or industrial project presentations.
