Well established New York architecture firm on a search for their custom home studio. This is a Partner track role for a true design leader.

The firm works across custom home, mixed use, and cultural projects, with the scale and infrastructure of a 200+ person practice. The custom home studio operates as its own distinct practice within the firm, known for large scale, ground up new construction across coastal and countryside homes, along with brownstone and penthouse work in the city. The design sensibility is timeless, and this group still runs with a boutique, high design integrity feel.

What they're looking for:

• Licensed architect with 12+ years of experience, with custom, ground up single family residential work as a must have, not a nice to have
• A true designer at heart, someone who can lead a project's design vision from concept through execution and hold that vision at the highest level
• The presence to represent the studio in front of clients, from design presentations to winning new work, someone whose confidence and vision make people want to build with them
