The role blends data analysis, system administration, purchasing, and operations support to help designers focus on creativity and leaders on results. Strong Excel skills and NetSuite/RFSmart experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Two- to four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years with NetSuite and RFSmart in a business setting.
• Strong Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience building items, recipes or BOMs in retail/production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to train and coordinate teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work with vendors and develop purchasing plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, production, and operations data using NetSuite and RFSmart; build reports to support decisions.
• Monitor KPIs like sales, productivity, remakes, on‑time performance, and spoilage for process improvements.
• Serve as NetSuite SME; collaborate with IT on enhancements, testing, training, and docs.
• Manage product setup, BOMs, inventory adjustments, production reporting, and timesheet admin.
• Support product availability across stores and eCommerce, including seasonal launches.
