PurposeBuilt Brands, including Weiman, Goo Gone and other trusted consumer brands, seeks a Design Manager to lead HomeShine Studios. You will elevate creative output for launches and assets across CPG brands, mentor designers, and drive packaging and shopper marketing projects.

You will collaborate with marketing, stay current with design trends and AI tools, manage multiple projects, and ensure brand guidelines are followed while delivering print-ready files.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on packaging.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, guiding development and performance.
• Conceptualize, design and execute across campaigns and projects.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality design output across products.
