PurposeBuilt Brands Inc. is seeking a Designer to join HomeShine Studios. You will create breakthrough visual content for our consumer and commercial brands, emphasizing product benefit visuals across static and video formats.

The role demands a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Remote-focused with occasional onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of art direction or design experience with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• A dynamic portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools (Figma, Sketch).

Responsibilities

• Execute digital content including e-commerce graphics, display ads, email, social posts, websites, static and animated assets.
• Conceptualize, design and execute product demo content with unique benefit visualizations.
• Develop storyboards for video content and animated graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing to communicate brand messages and product features.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and AI tools to improve content quality.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high production quality.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Designer to join the HomeShine Studios team within PurposeBuilt Brands. HomeShine Studios is PBB’s internal creative agency that creates breakthrough communication for PBB’s portfolio of consumer and commercial brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative solutions that highlight the unique benefit visualizations of our products to be used across static and video content.

What You Will Do

• Execute digital content including, but not limited to e-commerce graphics, display ads, email, social posts, websites, static and animated assets.
• Conceptualize, design and execute product demo content, highlighting unique benefit visualizations.
• Displays keen attention-to-detail and upholds all work at the highest standards of quality.
• Develop storyboards for video content and animated graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize designs that effectively communicate our brand message and product features.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously improve the quality and impact of our creative content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Attend and support on live production shoots as required.

What You Will Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in art direction or design with bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field.
• A dynamic creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including video content made with original captured footage.
• Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a consumer packaged goods or related industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Sketch.
• Knowledgeable of digital best practices and trends.
• Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
• Wireframing experience is a plus.

Compensation Range

$75,000-$85,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specifics for each salary range.
