As Design Manager, you will lead and coordinate various aspects of a project's preconstruction phase, including design, permitting, risk, estimating, HSEQ, constructability, value engineering, and construction planning. Ensure multidisciplinary teams remain aligned, deliverables are coordinated and constructible, risks are actively managed, estimates and GMP proposals are well supported, and project strategies optimize cost, schedule, safety, and quality. Support business development and project pursuits by shaping teams, scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical approaches, while maintaining continuity through construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
