Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 8+ years of experience leading manufacturing projects as a design lead, project engineer, or project manager, preferably in pharma/bio environments.
• PMI principles preferred.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams.

We're looking for a Design Manager in Cincinnati, OH who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Here’s what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 8+ years of experience working on manufacturing projects as a design lead, project engineer, or project manager leading projects, preferably in a pharma/bio environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Project Management Institute (PMI) principles preferred
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

The base salary range for this position is $113,400.00 to $190,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
